Fission Fish & Chips

I’m going to have to say that these were some of the best fish and chips I’ve had… got to be in my top 2 anyway. Our fish was split into two equal portions so they were both cooked to perfection. The batter was crispy and tasty, and I’d go as far to say it’s the best battered fish I’ve had since I was a kid and had a local chip shop that I always used as a benchmark, and that was more than 25 years ago! I didn’t expect to be impressed so I was slightly taken aback. How could I not leave a review? Ultra clean shop, friendly welcome and good curry sauce. Thanks! Jim

The best fish & chips, which I had in UK. Excellent customer service, people were very polite and friendly. Fish and chips were excellent prepared and cooked, all was fresh and tasted delicious. The portion was really big, what really surprised me, after reading some reviews regarding small portions. The price for fish and chips was £8.50, which I think it is reasonable and definitely worth the money. Well done guys, you are doing great job over there. There are quiet few people working over there and from my short observation, it looks like there is a friendly atmosphere, where people put their hearts to prepare meals for visitors. The only disadvantage is a lack of parking space, but not only for Fish & Chips shop, but as well for many local businesses around. Shame for St. Agnes council, they should crete some more temporary parking spaces, which will attract more visitors to go there and help local businesses.
