We loved our visit to Aspava, we went to celebrate my sister's birthday and not only did they sing for us which was so much fun they also treated us to some lovely desserts. The starters and mains were also amazing and the bread ... I would go just for the bread again. It was really reasonably priced especially for the service provided to us. Staff were friendly and helpful overall we had a fantastic evening and left full and happy. The baklava was just 5* we will definitely be visiting again.

We had a lovely lunch at Aspava Restaurant in St Albans. We were a group of 6. Lovely location, very cozy and warm. The food was amazing! We had starters and mains. We had calamari, king prawns and dolma as starters.. all very tasty! We had mixed grill kebab made of lamb, chicken, pork.. plus sea bass very well cooked, chicken shish and more. Highly recommend!

A little Turkish gem in St Albans! Visited here in July 2022. The restaurant has a really nice atmosphere and we took advantage of the nice weather and sat outside. We parked locally at the Civic Centre Multi Story which is a bit of a dump. It was a short walk past the Alban Arena. Overall summary, we had a lovely experience and the food was great. I would definitely recommend the restaurant and will return soon! As we walked up to the restaurant, we were warmly greeted by the owner who made us feel very welcome. For starters we had falafel, hummus, Cacik and Grilled Sujuk. All fantastic! For mains, we had the lamb chops, chicken wings and a mixed platter for 2. Again, everything was very well prepared. Finally, We were treated to a lovely plate of baklava and fruit which was delicious! Looking forward to my next visit!

I was pleasantly surprised at the variety of vegetarian and fish dishes. We opted for a 2 course lunch which was very good value. See photo of the menu. The food was absolutely delicious. I forgot to photograph the seafood stew, but that was very tasty. Portions were small, but right for a light lunch. The photo shows two veg starters: Filo pastry and Aspava courgettes. The pitta bread was so tasty, best I have ever had.

Friendly and ethusiastic staff! The food was well presented... I had the lamb shish was a little dry but otherwise nice. The rice they serve with the dishes isnt enough for a whole portion so we had to order another rice. I like that they add Pomergranate and Blueberries to the rice. Nice outdoor seating setting. Would come again. Fair price. There is a carpark nearby within short walking distance.

It was a very nice cozy Turkish restaurant. located a bit far from the main street which makes the place safer and quite. Lots of tables inside and also there are a couple of tables at the outside of the place which makes you enjoy your meal when the weather is nice. Foods are delicious. Prices are fair. I ate Chicken Beyti and it's one of the best Beyti I ate in the UK. Will definitely go there again whenever I come to St. Albans.
