I went to the store minutes before closing and I got a really good customer service from the person on the till. Always smiling and very helpful. Totally reccomend. Great sushi :)

I had great service in the St Albans Itsu today. Very friendly and attentive young lady brought my food over and checked to see if I needed anything. Food was wonderful.
I was hesitant to try Itsu as i am a bit of a fussy eater but decided I'd take the step today.
The place wasn't overly busy, looks clean and the guy behind the counter was friendly to me. Services was super quick.
I had the chicken noodle soup and some little mago cheesecake balls.

Went to the Itsu in St Albans a few days ago for lunch. I got one avocado sushi, and one Meso soup. Went all out for our first order from the new St Albans Itsu and was very impressed.
We popped into town to shop during the day and decided to give it a try when we got home.
The delivery service was perfect, everything was piping hot and packaged in thick foil lined paper to keep it warm.

So its been a little while since I last visited St. Albans and it was a nice surprise to find an ITSU. The restaurant itself is spacious and very clean, it also has the electronic screens where you can order your food to take away or eat in.

Prices appear to have gone up, I'm pretty sure it was £8 for the Salmon Full House a few months back. Now it's over £9. Either way there's lots of seating and the food is delicious
Been here for lunch a few times now and always have wonderful staff and food is good. Dheena particularly stood out as a kind and helpful member of staff who always made us feel welcome and gave us brilliant service!
