Absolutely delicious , fastest and friendliest service ever had . It feels like I am walking in the movie. Big thanks for the young man and lady served me this morning. They deserve recognition for best customer service 10/10 super stars 12:00
I went to the store minutes before closing and I got a really good customer service from the person on the till. Always smiling and very helpful. Totally reccomend. Great sushi :)
May 2023 Update: the team remains as helpful, attentive and forthcoming with regards to allergens as they've been since my first visit and the food quality remains unchanged 🌟 A great itsu branch, for both a snack or a full meal! Every visit since opening I've been served by extremely helpful and f
I had great service in the St Albans Itsu today. Very friendly and attentive young lady brought my food over and checked to see if I needed anything. Food was wonderful.
I was hesitant to try Itsu as i am a bit of a fussy eater but decided I'd take the step today. The place wasn't overly busy, looks clean and the guy behind the counter was friendly to me. Services was super quick. I had the chicken noodle soup and some little mago cheesecake balls. The noodle soup
The food is fantastic and the customer service is absolutely impeccable. I don’t think I’ve ever met a friendlier and more helpful store manager tbh.
Went to the Itsu in St Albans a few days ago for lunch. I got one avocado sushi, and one Meso soup. Due to the sushi, the Meso soup was reduced, which definitely improved the price of the meal, as eat in was a lot more expensive. The actual food was really nice, the avocado was fresh, and the soup w
I have been to Itsu many times before and always enjoyed the flavourful and healthy rice and grilled chicken dishes as takeaway. Today my husband and I ate in, tried their Katsu curry noodles and it was great! Dino, who served us was so attentive, and gave us first class service as if we were in a f
Lovely food and very friendly staff! Can wait to go back. Great vegan options too, and you can add chicken to most :-)
Generally love the sushi from itsu but also big thanks to this place for letting us change our baby without buying anything from there.
Went all out for our first order from the new St Albans Itsu and was very impressed. We popped into town to shop during the day and decided to give it a try when we got home. The delivery service was perfect, everything was piping hot and packaged in thick foil lined paper to keep it warm. Everyt
So its been a little while since I last visited St. Albans and it was a nice surprise to find an ITSU. The restaurant itself is spacious and very clean, it also has the electronic screens where you can order your food to take away or eat in. The seating arrangements have several bar and seat secti
Prices appear to have gone up, I'm pretty sure it was £8 for the Salmon Full House a few months back. Now it's over £9. Either way there's lots of seating and the food is delicious
Been here for lunch a few times now and always have wonderful staff and food is good. Dheena particularly stood out as a kind and helpful member of staff who always made us feel welcome and gave us brilliant service!
Very good food and friendly staff. My and my family enjoyed every mouthfu and we will definitely go back soon!
Good to see another empty St Peter’s Street shop being taken up, although it’s a shame that only food/coffee outlets appear to survive these days. Nevertheless, this Asian-inspired chain sells decent quality sushi, gyoza, rice bowls and noodles; all made on the premises. Some of their soups, howev
The onion and chicken dumplings are a must try. Had a good experience with the take away.
Quick and tasty Japanese food. Better than most in St Albans
