Absolutely fantastic service given in the restaurant by two members of staff when we came for breakfast the day after our wedding, the service was prompt and food came very quickly, unfortunately due to slight hangover I didn’t catch there names, but I’m sure if you ask them they would remember us 23/03/22

Had a quick and very efficient bra fitting service done by a young lady named Molly. She was so calm, polite and helpful. I didn't feel rushed or embarrassed at all. She sat me down in the cubicle and I explained what type I wanted and she listened to me and measured me and went and got my correct size. As the curtain was closed in the cubicle she told me she was outside to let me know she was back. I tried it on and it was perfect. I thought I would be there for ages but all in all it was a great experience. Well done M&S for great staff training and a good and reasonable priced bra. I will definitely be back for another fitting when due.

The food is good you pay for what you get not the cheapest, but the quality counts.

Love doing my quick food shop here. Quick and easy. Park up, free parking for 30 mins (must get a ticket) at huntersbridge car park. Short Walk across pedestrian bridge straight into M&S food Hall. Love to buy my fresh fruit and potatoes from M&S. Great quality. Spot on.

Has been open through the pandemic and I've never had to queue for too long when I've been, often walking straight in. They have been well stocked and I was able to get almost everything I need on each visit. Friendly, helpful staff and I commend them for their hard work over the last few months. Good social distancing in the store and clear signage to enter the shop and get a disinfected trolley. Has all your essentials, regular dine in deals for date night and also a large selection of alcohol. The bakery has been reduced recently but understandably in the current situation. They are now reopened to sell clothes too

A pretty standard branch of M&S, good selection of all the usual clothes, items for the home, food etc., but it's a bit small to stock as wide a range as the larger stores do. So, for a more variety try other stores fairly near here, like London Colney or Cheshunt, which are much larger.

Not the biggest M&S store but very convenient when in Welwyn.
Has all the usual stock with good food hall. No free parking. No problem recommending M&S.

Friendly staff who went out of their way to help me choose a suit for my interview. Went away feeling very happy with what I purchased!
I felt my slim size limited my selection for suits somewhat, but I think this is likely due to average customer weight and the stock reflecting this fact.

Typical strong M&S quality- great. Also spoke to 2 staff members who were both as helpful and friendly as you would wish for. Good selection of things.
Parking easy in the nearby car park too.

Food Hall full of fantastic things. Clean, well stocked shelves, queue-free tills and attentive staff (helped when my toddler son had dropped his glasses). Customer experience as it should be and what you'd expect from M&S.
