We stopped here for a hot chocolate which was a bit disappointing, but the waiter was fine and the atmosphere was great. They have board games and playing cards so you can have a really great time. Overall, we enjoyed stopping by.

What a way to start a great night with the boys. Booze, beer and sport, nothing better. Couldn't recommend more lovely place, great drinks and funny staff. Almost pulled and had a +1, but then remembered it was a boys night. India wherever you may be, we will meet once again!!

A really lovely place to come with friends, such a great atmosphere! I recently came on Sunday and the service was brill, the server Ro was so kind and helpful , he spoke to us for quite a bit of time and gave food and drink suggestions , and me and my friends really enjoyed them. Great place, highly recommend and we will definitely be coming again !

I went here for drinks with a friend and the cocktails were great. Ro was our server at the bar and he was excellent. He recommended the best drinks after listening to the flavours we usually enjoy. He was very friendly and attentive. His pleasant and polite manner, as well as, his good conversation added a warm vibe to the lovely ambiance the place already had. I would definitely come here again with more friends and for food. The drinks were good and the customer service from the staff is brilliant too! :)

I came to this restaurant in the afternoon for coffee and dessert. I found the dessert here very delicious, I enjoy the dessert and the atmosphere is comfortable, the coffee is good. However, for the hot chocolate, It was so diluted that it felt negative. But I'll be back for good coffee and dessert.

Came here with a friend for a drink. The place was quite nice, I wasn't too keen on the layout of the seating, though there was quite a lot of it. We could order to our table which was handy, and there was a wall of self dispense wine which looked interesting 🤔 all in all, a decent bar with reasonably loud music, but that may have been because we were seated quite close to a speaker.

I’m not from st Albans but when I’ve been there I have eaten here twice. The food is absolutely delicious and the staff are so friendly and the service is excellent. I love the wine wall feature. Great atmosphere and ambience and dogs are allowed in

Sophisticated restaurant in the heart of St. Albans. The interior is very well appointed. The food is a little pricey, but the service and the decor warrant it. Good selection of drinks available as well as nice lunch menu. Tried the burger for lunch and the best we've had in years. You could taste the meat as opposed to simply being a chunk of pseudo meat.

Alban's Well is TRULY something else. Just yesterday I married the love of my life, and had our wedding reception there and it was one of the best nights of our lives. The staff there have been truly accommodating, and Charlie in particular went above and beyond, poured her soul, and her heart into making sure we had the best night. She made ourselves and all of our guests feel welcomed and loved, more than words can possibly convey. We are smitten with gratitude! Thank you!
