I’m a coach driver and as such we get a discount. I was in today, in full uniform with company name emblazoned on my shirt and jacket, never even asked if I was a bus/coach driver, no discount, £7 for a coffee and cake. The very next customer is also a coach driver, girl behind the counter asks “are you a bus driver?” to which he replied “yes”, BOOM, discount straight away. A bit of consistency wouldn’t got a miss

Been in today (28/08/2023) got a Beef deli sandwich , Lemon drizzle cake and as I'm in Scotland, a Tunnocks Caramel wafer...absolutely spot on, staff were great, even got serenaded off one member...! My go to place whenever I'm in St Andrews...

Came here with the family today to have some lunch after a day at the beach. We took turns coming inside due to having children and a dog with us but the staff were great and made sure we got our food at the same time; such friendly staff too. We have already said we will need to come back next time we come through to St Andrews. The dog really enjoyed his dog ice cream too!

What a fabulous idea. Excellent location right on the shore. Great service, delicious soup and a goats cheese toasted sandwich with the biggest, tastiest slab of goats cheese I’ve ever had. Usually it’s just crumbled through. Coffees were piping hot too. Husband had the roast beef toasted sandwich and it was delicious too. Plenty of benches outside and a few tables inside. Public toilets outside. Doggy friendly inside and out. Plenty free parking. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Since relocating from Canada a few months ago and trying nearly every cafe in St Andrews, Dook is our solid favourite- I'm so glad we finally made it down to the beach to find it a couple weeks ago 😂
We've only been a few times, but on each visit we're welcomed like we've been going there for years...It's a lovely feeling, being made to feel at home in our new home town ❤️
Excellent customer service and vibe, excellent coffees, excellent tray bakes, and Glen the dug can vouch for the cinnamon buns 🤦♀️

Great place, we have been in every morning for a coffee. Staff are super friendly. Stopped in for lunch today as the sandwiches looked unreal, they didnt disapoint. Owners were very helpful too and i even bought a jump. Will miss my morning coffee next week. Grate set up, right on the beach.
