Excellent service, I made an online order the day before mothers day. Received a phone call later was told politely they didn't have some of the flowers in stock so asked if she could change them out. I said yes of course as it was short notice just as long as there bright/colourful. Next day early delivery big bright bunch mother was happy loves them, said she's never had a bunch like that before and also a lovely service.

Really disappointed with the flowers we got. Brown petals after 2 days and cost £60. Had a new bunch but again started to drop after a couple of days. Understand these are flowers but at a super premium price.

Very disappointed!! Good service on the phone and delivered on time, as this was for our Golden Wedding Anniversary.
However the bouquet was smaller than I expected for the cost The 2 Roses had browning on the petals and 3 days later were completely finished, The Chrysanthemums petals were falling off after day one. They were kept in the hallway with no central heating so I can't blame a hot room.
