Always a bang on meal here, we have been coming reguarly for years and Paul and team always make you feel welcome. Even had our engagement party here and that was perfectly done too. Can't beat the location and the menu changes a few times a year too to mix things up. Give it a try.

Lovely location with beach view. Excellent restaurant. Fabulous food. Amazing taste. The chef Earl is so friendly and funny with a personal touch. All staff were amazing. One of our favourite restaurants while on holiday in Jersey. We were from Northern Ireland a party of 4 and we can't wait to go back when we visit again. Thankyou for your 5 star food and service.

Superb experience, our flight was cancelled and we got back to our hotel at around 8.15. other restaurants around the area where not willing to accommodate a party of 10 at such short notice. (We had stated we didn't mind being split onto separate tables to help with seating us, but no joy)
Walked into sugareef, spoke to one of the bar staff who spoke to the chef and his attitude was great. "Bring it on!" Was his exact words. Split us on to two tables due to not having space in the lower seating area, with an apology for the inconvenience. (No apology was needed as we where putting them out!)
Food was ordered, not one person had an issue with anything on their plates. Even the fussiest of the party ate everything without any moaning!!! Everything was hot, flavourful and well presented.
Drinks where served quickly and nothing seemed to be an issue for any of the staff there. All are a credit to the business.
Hope they get to see this and enjoyed their drink at the end of shift!
Will definitely be eating here again when returning to the Island.
I'd give 6 stars if Google would allow!

Really great cafe / bar / restaurant. Enjoyed it immensely.
Had the Goan lamb curry on one visit which was simply amazing and the chicken supreme on another. Generous portions, tasty fayre and reasonably priced.
Enjoyed the tunes playing in the background too, although appreciate this may not be to all tastes.
Recommended.

Booked this place with no knowledge or recommendations. From the outside by the beach I was put off by state of building, walked in the front entrance , I was wow this is nice decor ..(never judge a book by its cover came to mind). Greeted by friendly staff, menu choice was great ..order Sunday roast , had to wait for some time but well worth the wait.. huge slices of beef on my plate . My roast dinner was outstanding and sticky toffee pudding yummy.
We booked in Jerseys tennerfest month 2 course for £20. Bargain.
Definitely going to be regular visitors
