I am an avid foodie and fell in love with this coffee shop! I frequently drive from Aberdeen just to enjoy the fresh coffee, food, and AMAZING cakes. The staff are friendly and accommodating. I always take fresh rolls and eggs home with me. All the ingredients are fresh and tasty!

Such a brilliant little find whilst visiting St Cyrus’s beach for the Easter weekend. Karen and the girls were incredibly accommodating for seating and feeding 9 of us & went above and beyond. Would highly recommend - delicious food, esp the scones, cakes and milkshakes. Big thank u, we’ll def be back again. Good on-site parking and not far from the beach & nature reserve.

Lovely fresh home bakes, cakes. We bought a freshly made bacon roll & sausage roll. Delicious and very reasonably priced. Well worth a visit.

Very friendly welcome for lunch. Great choice of food. Soup was delicious, as were the sandwich fillings and the cakes. All home made and very tasty. Thoroughly recommended.

We've become regulars at Karen's cafe and once you've tried the choice of home-made soups, toasties, paninis and specials you'll want to come back for more.
Did we mention the selection of cakes or the high teas?
Friendly service and good value.
As you drive through St Cyrus it's on the main road and ideally placed after a walk along the fabby beach.

Great wee place for a bite to eat. Soups were lovely and very tasty. Sandwiches and panini with a good selection of fillings were also very good. Staff were friendly and helpful, overall a pleasant experience

We came here because we had heard that The Old Bakery had changed hands. When we came in we were met by a very polite member of staff. The menu is really good and cheap. I had a cheese and ham toastie and it was amazing! There is a very good selection of homemade cakes, there's a great soup of the day selection, and there's tasty looking cheesecake!! We will definitely be coming back here and it's another great place to come in the area! :)

Used to visit often in past when travelling. Has been brought into 21st century now so more tables inside and out. Greater choice of menu instead of snacks.

Nice little place. I had bbq chicken pannie. Chicken pieces were warm, not hot. Sauce thin, runny and tasteless. Eatable though. Would give it a second chance though.
