A decent takeaway, meal deals are good value but risen in price quite a bit recently.
Diya on East lancs windle island and sherekhan restraunt do takeaway which for me puts hassan in 3rd place but definitely worth a visit

By far the best Indian takeaway in St Helens! And we have tried a few. The food is amazing, first class. Love the open kitchen. And the staff are so lovely, helpful and friendly. Recommend 100%

I love this place It's well established and does its thing not like the towncentre ones that are so expensive. You can afford a good quality meal from here the staff are lovely. please never change x

Had our first meal from Hassan's last night didn't use the free delivery as they said there was atleast 1hr wait we had a set meal which was excellent would have given 5 stars if delivery was not as long as they said will definitely be using them again. Helpings where really generous using the leftovers for my tea tonight.

Can't go wrong with the Mix Shashlik Kebab. It's not *quite* as big as others I've had, but it's also not advertised as being for 2 people, and is a bit cheaper at just £6.50!
It can be a bit difficult to eat as designed, i.e. as a wrap, so I'd certainly recommend taking it home and plating up with a knife and fork, as it can be a bit unwieldy and dripping with grease and sauce, but in a good way!
I'd highly recommend going here, and I'll be going back myself in the future to try a bit more of the menu!
