Popped in after work for a drink looked at the menu and decided to have my tea here and was not disappointed. Nice food, great atmosphere very friendly and made me feel welcome.
Called in for a quick meal due to a busy couple of days and just wanted a good nourishing meal. I had the ham hock pie with fresh veg, mash and gravy. It was very tasty and just the right amount of food. The service was attentive but not overpowering. I woul go again and try a few more things off the menu.
Went in today for the first time, what a welcome!! Was greeted by a young lady who couldn't do enough for me and my mother in law who struggles walking. ALICIA your amazing and Danny so are you. We loved meeting you both and what a great pleasure and credit you are to the pub. We'll definitely be back really soon.
Only one person serving behind the bar, I was told she was supposed to be on her own on a Sunday! Food took nearly 50mins to serve. Food wasn't as described on the menu ie chunky chips with the burger instead of skinny fries, no relish with …
Absolutely fantastic place. Dan and Alicia cannot do enough for their customers. The atmosphere is always amazing and the food is incredible. I can highly recommend the chicken and ham hock leek pie! This is a definite regular place for us ☺️
New Years Eve. Had a fabulous lunch and drink nks. Food fabulous the red wine gravy is a must to try . Customer Service a nice change . Pleasant, friendly, efficient. Happy New Year to you all xx. We will be back xx
