Big thank you to Louise (one of the managers at the store). I visited the Widnes store with a complaint about a jacket I bought there, and was not happy with the response, so I contacted Head Office and received another unsatisfactory response, so l took the jacket to the St Helens store and spoke with Louise who quickly and efficiently resolved the matter to my satisfaction. Thanks again, Lou, for all your help.

I would like through your website to pass on a MASSIVE thankyou to a fantastic member of staff namely, Jane. I have visited the store twice in 2 weeks and on both occasions she has been their to help, Her level of customer service exceeds other stores. AND she is funny. Nothing is too much trouble and you can tell it is a genuine wanting to help. She is an ambassador for your store.

The only thing letting this down is the location. Was handy when it was in the town centre, but parking now is a squeeze and it must be difficult for some given this and the location. That said, it is nice inside and more modern. Staff are always super, super really totally nice and friendly as is usual for Markies - whatever you're doing to achieve this, do it more! I've started paying more attention to food prices and a bit surprised to find it's not much more than Aldi or Tesco and much better quality. In Covid times, they need to pay attention to size of self checkout areas. They really are small and the barriers are so little to separate customers in a safe and secure manner. Overall, a good shopping experience with the icing on the cake being the wonderfully helpful and friendly staff

Absolutely brilliant store. The trollies are wiped down for you, when you arrive. Gels there as well. Arrows for the direction in which to go round. Felt safe with the shopping experience. Food hall excellent. Prices very reasonable. Quality of food exceptional. All staff extremely helpful and pleasant. Cafe out of this world. Well done everyone at st Helen's M & S.
