Great staff and atmosphere
Ham hock starter a delight
Fish and chips were perfectly battered and cooked
Unfortunately although my Belly pork looked gorgeous it was overcooked dry and very chewy
The accompanying vegetables however were perfectly cooked especially the heritage 🥕🥕🥕

Tasting menu was fantastic - a meal that should not be skipped if in Jersey. The staff were incredibly accommodating and helped us select fantastic wines.

Fantastic food. Had the tasting menu with beer pairing which was awesome. Every dish was extraordinarily good!

Perhaps trying a bit too hard. Service good but price Levels on par with Michelin starred places. Had the tasting menu to try multiple dishes. On the whole good. Even better if a bit easier on the spices. Not all fish can take it and will be outperformed by curry or coriander.
Service was good. Would come again if staying in the hotel.

New menu but still the same great experience. We had the tasting menu with beer. Yes it's not cheap but the quality of food, the great flavours and the service make it worth it.

Had a lovely tasting menu last night. I opted for the vegetarian tasting menu and my brother and his wife had the normal one, we all thoroughly enjoyed our food, it was absolutely delicious. The service was friendly but not very attentive, we waited a long time before being offered coffees. Other than that I could not fault the meal.

Incredible service, food and atmosphere. One of the best meals that we have had. Its very different from any indian. Highly recommended. The taster menu and matched prestige wines, in particular.
