A really nice refuge in town for a quick lunch. Food comes out really quickly during lunch rush and the upstairs has a comfortable and bright seating area. Their vegetarian halloumi wrap was good and curried cauliflower soup was nice for a cold day.

Tasty and healthy food although deducted a star because they didn't have sugar to go with my tea. The service was okay but sitting upstairs had plenty of light and a nice relaxing atmosphere. I'd recommend the salmon, avocado bagle with chilli flakes. The chilli is overpowering and its fresh and healthy.

Nice little coffee shop with eclectic collection of tables and chairs upstairs. Coffee is decent and selection of cakes and snacks available. Ideally situated close to one end of the main shopping g street in St Helier.

The salt beef sandwich is delicious. Staff lovely too. Avoid 1pm rush it you want a seat.
