I knew the food in Jersey was good but Botana is absolutely first class. Great seat at the bar onto the working kitchen, lovely staff, fantastic food. This is a restaurant where it is clear that they really care. Coming from London, it was a breath of fresh air

The service and taste at this restaurant are top notch. During our four day stay in Jersey, we had the best steak here! Unfortunately, it was closed on Sunday and Monday due to the bank holiday, or I would have gone every day!
