Wonderful little seafood place. All dishes cooked perfectly, they really know their fish. We couldn't fault it. My husband had the biggest prawn cocktail. Some may say the decor is a little old fashioned, but I'm much more interested in the food, and we would return in a heartbeat. It's not easy to get a table, and that speaks volumes. Staff were polite & friendly too. It will be a must visit, every time we're in St. Ives, in the future.

What a little gem! Been past numerous times and threatened to eat here but today was the day!
Great service, cozy little place up a street on the way to Porthmeor Beach.
Went in for lunch and had the seafood platter, Mrs had Monkfish, Chorizo and Prawn skewer.
Excellent welcome, great service and the freshest seafood I’ve had in a long time, the seabass and scallops were amazing!

So glad we found this hidden gem on our trip to St. Ives. The staff were friendly and welcoming and managed to squeeze us into their busy evening schedule. The portions were large, tasty and reasonably priced. The atmosphere was authentic and the old photos and decor made for interesting viewing in-between the short wait for meals! Highly recommended.

Had a fantastic meal with terrific service, everything cooked to perfection, would definitely recommend and return,the seafood platter was amazing,I had the oriental duck starter but ate it before I had the chance for a photo because it looked so tasty sorry.

The food was so good, spoilt for choice but went for the mermaid seafood platter. The best tasting fish I've ever had. Lovely staff and welcoming atmosphere and loved the quirky decor. Highlight of the holiday!

We had a great meal at this cosy restaurant. The food was absolutely delicious, specially seafood. We had a 10 month old baby with us and the staff was very thoughtful and welcoming. They do have a kind of highchair, like a seat booster, it worked great for us.

Best restaurant I've ever eaten at in St Ives . Fantastic choice of food and drink . Staff are friendly and helpful . We were not rushed through the courses even though they were busy . Prawn , chorizo , monkfish and halloumi skewers were wonderful and the bread and butter pudding is a must .
