Always a band on every Sunday afternoon so guaranteed a cheerful atmosphere and friendly crowd. Fairly standard drink selection but some good ales on pump and attentive and cheerful staff.
Three stars for food only because the choice is mainly Pizza’s, however these are stone baked fresh pizzas which are delicious. Five stars for service because the staff are fantastic. As for the atmosphere, only good if you like traditional pub atmosphere with wood burning fire place and well kept real ales.
