I have to say that they make a good sandwich. I have to say though that some of the staff need a little training in customer service. I accept that sometimes they are busy making up orders for delivery but it takes seconds to look up and say hello, I will be with you in a couple of minutes rather than ignoring you when you are waiting at the counter.

Stopped here today and experienced superb customer service. All the staff were super friendly and talked us through the new menu and made some suggestions on what to try. Food was the usually high standard and everything tasted super fresh. The resturant was spotless. One of the best subways in the area. Highly recommend.

Nice to see a subway open after 6pm, the place was empty when we arrived. Nice friendly staff, 2 x footlong rolls made quickly and well, very tasty, would recommend this place to everyone.

Contrary to some reviews on here I had an awesome experience here for lunch! I ordered an Italian bmt and added steak. I had lettuce, red onion, pepper, sweetcorn and ground black pepper. The extra steak I got was a mountain and the sandwich was stacked! All the salad looked and tasted fresh and the store was clean, the staff very polite and chatty. All in all a fantastic fast lunch experience.

Bright, clean and welcoming. The food is, obviously, standard Subway fare, but the space available, decent amount of seating and, above all, friendly staff made it a step up from most. Conventionally located on the outskirts of St Ives, there's free parking and plenty of other options for friends or family who would rather skip a sub.
