Vadi Kitchen

Visited on a Monday evening around 7pm - busy even then. Starter of hummus with lamb was really good - but the mixed shish kebab I had for main course was outstanding. The chicken pieces were good, the lamb was amazing. Next time (which will probably be soon...) I'll just stick to the lamb. We were lucky to get the table right by the grill, so we could see the magic happen.

Went here for an adult family dinner tonight. Two ordered the moussaka and the rat shared the Vadi special. We are from Australia and this is the best Turkish we had including in Perth. The quantities were plentiful and the food was fabulous. We finished with coffees and they were all good as well. We have found coffee in England to be a bit variable so did enjoy decent coffee here. The only slight criticism was that some of the staff came across as a bit grumpy but I put this down to a full restaurant and being busy. The food was very tasty and all meat was cooked over coals which gave it a wonderful taste. Would recommend this restaurant.

Great Turkish food with great service. My lamb ribs had a lovely flavour and were good quality, the only thing I would say was they were quite salty and needed some sort of dressing. But I would give the food 4.5 stars as everyone else said their food was spot on. Can get noisy when full but that's up to you if you think it adds or detracts from the atmosphere.
