This is a charming pub and restaurant, connected to Chateau La Chaire just up the road. It's a really friendly place with lovely staff and a good assortment of food. The restaurant is of a good quality with regularly changing specials and cocktails. Whether it's for a cheeky pint or a full meal with local lobster, I'd recommend the Rozel if you're in the area.

Good pub food with occasional better specials such as half lobster (which was very nice but not quite a lobster thermidor - needed to be flamed in brandy!). Service is friendly but a bit erratic. Seems to be different staff each night. Upstairs conservatory is nicest of the rooms - also a small pub garden. Beware that the Chateau la Chaire hotel owns the pub and sometimes closes its restaurant which means all the guests eat at the pub, so you need to book to be sure to get a table.

Nice little pub. Ordered a soup - good portions. Good prices on food and drink. Good service. Nice area. Seems to be more of an upscale restaurant upstairs.
