Food was fantastic. Easy access and reasonably priced. Quite a popular place by the number of people calling in whilst I was there, however, the server at the counter clearly didn't want to be there and it won't take long before people decide rude and non engaging staff don't cut it these days. That was the ONLY down side of my visit.

We had a really lovely Chinese meal during our stay in St Merryn. We ordered pretty standard dishes, chicken chow mein, special fried rice and sweet and sour chicken but it was well cooked and very enjoyable.

Absolutely amazing food, we had a take away whilst here on holiday and it was fab, red hot food that tasted great, we will be going again before we leave, highly recommended 😋

This supper was fantastic, full of flavour and tantalising. From the waiting in line to eating our food, the whole process was a journey of discovery. Firstly, what I wanted was on the menu- a superb start. My son Sebastian only wanted those crispy delicious beefy lumps due to his upcoming lacross game- and these folks delivered the goods (not literally, but I’m sure they would have if I had asked). The rice transported me into a realm of excitement, and the spring rolls were in a league of its own. If I were to die re-incarnate as punnet of crispy shredded beef in chilli, I would only hope that I would be served out of this fine establishment. 10/10.

I use the Chinese quite frequently and it’s never disappointed me. The meal sizes are quite big, and the value for money is the best in the area. Can’t fault the quality of the food either! The staff always work quickly and efficiently. It gets very busy in summer months so expect a delay during these months as each dish is made to order, but this isn’t McDonald’s so if you want somewhere that’s going to serve food in 5 minutes then that’s your place to be. I love this Chinese though and won’t go anywhere else!

We were holidaymakers in St Merryn and wanted to try a takeaway from the Spring House. It was delicious. All 3 of us had different dishes and they were all very tasty. We were nervous of trying it due to a few of the not so good reviews, but we were not disappointed. Plenty of tender chicken in all of our meals. The staff were very pleasant and efficient too.
