Excellent old English style Tea Shop. Excellent choice of afternoon tea products at reasonable prices, all of which are lovely and fresh and served to you by extremely warm and friendly staff. Well worth a visit if in the St Neots area.
They state that you enter the Tea Shop as Strangers, but you leave as Friends, which is so, so true!

I booked Poppys vintage tea room for my mums birthday and I could not have been more blown away by the whole experience! The staff were attentive, kind, thoughtful, funny and just all round nice people. They made it so easy for my 2YO to enjoy himself and the food! The food was DELICIOUS! We were all absolutely stuffed and my mum and son even got given some free cake to take home! Very reasonably priced for what you get and I think the best cream I’ve tasted in my life is HERE! I really couldn’t big this place up enough, if you fancy a quick cuppa, a lovely cake, a meet up with friends/family or just to pop in and enjoy by yourself I think would be very very VERY worth it! I know I will be!

Recently visited with a close friend as they offer a fabulous gluten free menu alongside the normal menu. The food was delicious and staff were so friendly! There isn’t much detail online about the menu so have shared below 🥰

Such a beautiful little spot!
Popped in with my mother for a little treat.The decor was very sweet, and exactly what you would want a little tearoom to look, and gave it a very homely feel.
Service was very quick, and really friendly. The food was amazing, all homemade and delicious. And so much cheaper than you would pay at a chain coffee shop!
This was my first time visiting, but it is now my go to coffee spot!

Tucked away in a little corner, Poppy's is a homely, cosy, warm yet very well run place. Lovely atmosphere too. Came for my anniversary and enjoyed every minute. Service was prompt, personal and with a lot of smiles. And the pastries.... 😍. I'll be back!
