Sea Shell

Only ordered here as it was a Sunday and Fish Face was closed. Having seen some of the reviews, and knowing that Fish Face is rated so highly without being great itself, I honestly expected the worst, but I was actually so pleasantly surprised. The chips were pretty decent (much of a muchness with others), but the Fish was so so good, the batter was so light and crispy, like it is supposed to be. My only regret was not ordering a large. Portion sizes are smaller than Fish Face, despite costing more, but the difference in quality of the fish was 100% worth it. Don't know, if I just got lucky, and got it on a good day, but I will be ordering again here soon (probably a bigger order when family come to visit), and I'll update this review accordingly. Addition: Have ordered from here a few times since my initial review above, and the fish has always been very good. So, certainly was not a 1 off.

Wow wow wow brilliant fresh cod battered to perfection melt in your mouth experience and same goes for the chips cooked to perfection I had to sides added to my regular meal that was more like a large my add ons where curry sauce and mash peas good but the fish amazing 10/10 experience price for a regular that was more like a large was fair £9.00 for the set cod and chips £2 per large portions of curry and peas would definitely recommend
