Costa Coffee

Great place on the high street for a Costa Coffee. The coffees were tasty, same with the cakes and cheese chilli chicken toastie. The only downfall is that the empty tables are not being wiped clean by the staff after customers leave. I physically saw one of the staff members go and pick up the empty cups and plates from tables but never did she use the cleaning spray attached to her belt in order to wipe the tables clean for the next customers to sit at a clean table. Other than that, everyone working that day was super nice and all smiles. Unfortunately, the unwiped tables is an epidemic in most of UK's coffee places and pubs/restaurants so the bar is really low when it comes to cleanliness anyway... Shame.

Costa on the high street in town wheelchair acssable ramp into the Store with free standing tables you can move around when you need to selling the usual costa pre-packaged snacks and fair. coffee made fresh to order this Store is bigger than it looks from the street. There is no parking at the site but a council run carpark is around the back of the Store in tebbutt st or the market square up the road (on non market days)

Has to be the best Costa Coffee I've visited. The staff were amazing esp. working on a bank holiday Monday. They were fast, comnunicative and none the less made great drinks. The seating area is large and comfortable with a good variety of seating options. The only downside was they would not allow dogs in which on a hot day when it was not safe to leave your companion in the car was a real downer and cut our visit short. All in all an excellent coffee shop I will make a point of visiting again.
