Had an excellent dinner here. We were walking past and saw they had Wellingtons, one of our favourite. We had the individual Beef Wellington and a Short Rib Wellington, both amazing. It's a great space along the waterfront front and not too expensive. Staff were awesome and very engaging.

Lovely meal and very great service. Food was very tasty but somehow the flavour combinations for my food didn't quite hit the hight notes; the scallops were amazing, the humous was amazing, but together they didn't quite work. Would go back and try again

Wonderful oysters, lovely fresh salads and brilliant service make Balthazar a ‘go to’ restaurant in St Peter Port. They have a selection of sea food, steaks and they a good kids menu too. One small drawback is that the outside seating is on a busy road which can a bit obtrusive when eating. A meal for 4 (3 adult meals and 1 kids meal) 1 glass of wine was about £100

The food is incredibly well prepared. Not a huge variety in the main meals, and drinks options. But if you want cocktails. This is your place.
