Domino's Pizza

I have been ordering pizza from this location occasionally for a couple of years now. But the pizza I got tonight was unexcusable (in my opinion)! It was delivered and was a little late, but I thought Friday night traffic and let it go. Then we had difficulty cutting and serving the pizza. When we ate it I found out why. The pizza was barely browned on the bottom and raw dough on the top. The cheese and the toppings were literally on raw dough! It will be a long time before we order from them again. Update: I tried to contact Domino's customer service and was going to update this review accordingly. I couldn't get through the system to talk to an actual person. The system offered me 60 points or a 20% off coupon. I think I'm done with them.

Feel like it's my civic duty to post anecdotal evidence when, even after reading one-star reviews, I decide to give a business a chance and I end up getting burned just like everyone else. Ordered delivery, complete with tip, from this Domino's online and kept an eye on the pizza tracker right up until it marked "complete". Looked outside and still no pizza. Called them up and was told they would get in contact with the driver to figure out what happened and call me back with the information. No callback. It's almost 2 hours after I originally put the order in, we're still hungry for dinner, and I call them back just to find out that their driver said he did his job, dropped the pizza off and rang the doorbell. Except we don't have any pizza. Please do yourself a favor, save yourself some heartache, and order from a different pizza joint.

Worst customer service ever! We had a small issue with our order I called him the next day. The manager on staff stated that I should’ve called yesterday when I noticed the issue. The manager on staff proceeded to yell at me after I told him I don’t like his attitude because he should be able to handle the situation taken that he is a manager. He stated I don’t like your attitude and hung up not once not twice but three times I called at 2:12 PM on May 29th 2022. Whatever manager on at 2:12pm that day needed to have proper training on how to deal with customers.

One of the few places to get #glutenfree pizza delivered to your door. Every time I am in Stafford I make a point to either pick up or have a delivered pizza. While not the best #glutenfree pizza in the world, Dominos makes a decent pie, and for a celiac on the road, a hot and fresh pizza is ways nice. Do understand that the gluten free pizzas are produced in the same area as regular pizzas, so it bears noting for those with celiac disease that there is the potential for cross contamination. Counter and delivery staff is always fantastic.
