We ordered from here after having a menu dropped through our door. After about an hour and 30 minutes after placing our order the food had still not arrived. We decided to call them and ask where our food was and (after having the phone put down on us twice) we were told it was about 10 minutes away, and that they had added some free chocolate cake to compensate for how late it was. The food did not arrive until about 45 minutes after this, and although the food was average, we did not receive the chocolate cake we were promised.
Overall I was very disappointed with Castle Pizza and will not be ordering from them again in the future.

The delivery took 90 minutes. I ask the delivery man why it was so lot but he very rudely gives no response and just asks for money as if I said nothing. Food was sub par. No apologies or anything for being late, just rudeness

Ordered at 12am, called at 12:40, said he was coming, 1:05am still no response. Landline now not answering, mind made up about buying from here again
Edit: was offered free drink with my food 'in fifteen minutes time (1:20am)' which was impolitely declined
