i often visit other retail stores....but on my first and second visits to tesco i found more choice on the shelves and was pleased to try out items i could not purchase at my other retail stores..

Tesco café makes really good cappuccinos and does not charge extra for your preferred milk choice. Nice size and cup design.

I don't usually come in to Tesco but had the best customer service ever today. I had an issue with my mobile phone app and the lady on the counter was so patient and waited for my to sort the barcode out. I then went to the kiosk to purchase some other items and the lady there was just as friendly. The only thing I was dissapointed about was the stock availability. Its the same everywhere these days though so didn't bother me too much.

Very good superstore but taking one star off as I feel that every week they move a lot of the items and every time I go I spent ages trying to find the things I need. If they want to highlight items on sale for people to buy maybe consider leaflets like Lidl and Aldi do

What a fantastic store, the staff are the main reason for the 5 stars. The minute we walked into the store we were asked if we needed help as we never visited this store before. We had some tea in the Cafe and the chap who served was very friendly and the tea was lovely. I have never experienced such a welcoming service in any supermarket store. Highly recommend this store has amazing staff should be very proud. 👏

Nice store with all the products that you would expect from a proper supermarket.
Some times you need to dig a little to find the bargains at the discount prices (such as Aldi) but in general they offer good value for money.
I normally buy here food from the world, the good pasta that you can not find in the discounts (Barilla or others with >10gr of protein), the beyond meat products, special wines (such as Torrontes) and fresh bread, bakery and fish.
Staff is very friendly and you are not normally rushed like in the discounts which makes even a simple shopping experience really enjoyably.

Lovely clean and tidy store. A young lady with the name badge 'Annie' was so polite, helpful and friendly. Went out of her way to help me in every way possible, she is an absolute credit to the company. Would recommend!
