One of the nicest McDonald's I've been to, friendly staff, food was well made and assembled properly not just thrown together, milkshake machine was working, very nice selection of festive drinks

Perfect for a starving person who's been on shift 14 hours and still going. Dinner at midnight, thank god for 24hr McDonalds.

The coffee is fantastic value and is still a world cheaper than Costa and Starbucks etc. It tastes great too. I'm glad McDonald's are keeping their hot drinks prices low.
There is a lovely lady that works here too. She'll always ask me to "come round to her" once I've placed my order at the drive thru, and never rushes me on my order. She is very friendly, easy to talk to and we always have a quick chat after I've ordered my black coffee whilst I'm on shift. That's service with a smile!

Easy to order at self-service and collect at counter.
Magic table wasn't easy to use but nice feature.
Sausage egg McMuffin was very oily/greasy which spoilt it a bit but the good was tasty.

Just used the drive through, not been before but it felt like this one has been squeezed onto the retail park, not a lot of space for the amount of cars trying to use it, very busy, would be difficult manovering a large vehicle in this area, I imagine.

Really fast service comparing with other McDonald's where I've been waiting at least double the time for same order. The staff is moving very fast.

My visit was in the evening so there weren't many people in the restaurant. The store was reasonably tidy and the facilities were well maintained. I ordered my food on one of the pods but was unable to get a receipt due to a printer fault. When I asked at the counter for a copy of the receipt they happily printed me one. Food was fresh and tasty and service was relatively quick.
Overall i had a good visit and will definitely come again.

Good McDonald’s I would say is the best in Stafford. It has everything you want even do salads. They have a restroom and also have tablets to entertain the kids. Inside and outside is tidy they have a seating outside as well also have a tablet Board to order your food. It’s recently been refurbished I would say if you are passing by grab a McDonald’s.
