Although it was quiet when we went there, it had a good atmosphere. The staff were very welcoming and polite. The food was excellent, well cooked and delicious. Reasonably priced and beautifully prepared & presented. We will definitely go there again & would highly recommend a visit there.

241 cocktails everyday until 7pm and then 9:30pm to close.
Good welcoming staff, especially the manager AJ who always welcomes us and everyone and gives us good customer service.
Defo a good place to go chill for a drink with a group of friends or to get some food.

I really enjoyed my experience at turtle bay, the staff were amazing and so kind. One staff member called Nevaeh stuck to me out as she delivered amazing service to my table and was so polite. The food was also so delicious too.

Went for a meal on a Friday night. Fantastic food and 5 star service from Natalie to look after me and my friends. I never had turtle bay food before, very helpful. If you are unsure what to order, she will point you in the right direction. Very busy place, so expect written time, but they still have kind services. 5 star place to eat for a Caribbean food.

It was mine and my partners first time here and we was welcomed and seen to our seats straight away everyone we spoke to was friendly which made us feel welcomed. A big shout out to Aj who was head of our section he made sure that we never went without drink! Ordered more even if we weren’t finished and he was welcoming since the moment we arrived. It is good value for money drinks and food included. The staff were all friendly making it a nice experience especially as it was our first time here. Definitely will be coming back!

Came for the unlimited brunch and staff did not disappoint. They understood our aim quickly.... We had a mission to get through the cocktail menu as much as possible, we got our monies worth and staff definitely facilitated that whilst also understanding that members of our party couldn't have certain ingredients. Food was lovely and well timed. Will definitely come back.

Staff very attentive. Lovely atmosphere. The cocktails and food were delicious. We went for the bottomless brunch and it was so worth it. We managed 18 drinks between the 2 of us! :D

Average food, nice cocktails, understaffed when we visited on a Friday - took a lot of time to order something. Happy hour is a nice offer for the cocktails they are providing.
Nice spot with good music and ambience for friends to chill, i personally think they should improve there customer service which would make them much better than what they are now.
Good hygiene and clean restrooms, and it was almost full for a Friday- so i think the customers are expecting a lot from Turtle Bay - Staines.
