Costa Coffee

I have never been to a nicer Costa! The employees are genuinely great people who care about giving the best service possible - they literally went out of their way and treat customers as if they are in a highly rated artisanal cafe. The employees I am specifically referring to are the girl with the brown shoulder-length bob and fringe, and the guy with a medium-dark skin tone were both accommodating. I was welcomed genuinely, made a lovely drink and was also helped with adding points from an old receipt. Even though it was very busy they maintain great service at a rapid yet not over-rushed speed. They also effectively managed the shop and maintained the cleanliness of the tables and floor.

I don't visit here a lot, but whenever I have this coffee shop is clean and tidy. The staff are also efficient and helpful. The queues are usually shorter here than at the two other Costa shops in Staines. This coffee shop is also often open until 6.30 pm whereas the other Costa shops in Staines close earlier.

Enjoyed a very lovely Mocha while the kids had a mint cooler. All were made perfect and was very delicious. Staff are always lovely and there is ample seating which some seats are near plug sockets so you can charge your phone or do work on your laptop while having a decent coffee or lunch in a calm but often busy cafe. Place is always clean but there can be a queue for the toilet at times but uts never too long. Great location right at the heart of the two rivers shopping centre.

I love coffee.... so I love Costa 😁 lost a star because I am NVER buying food again, over 4 quid for a sandwich, 2 quid for a wafer, 70p for a Banana... a bunch of bananas is cheaper than that ad fresher 😅. Also its pretty standard food. I never visit for lunch due to the average food at above average prices but it still remains 4 stars ad the coffee is just one of the best... 100%, ,better than Starbucks and cheaper 😁

I just really wanted to say thank you to staff for a really speedy and efficient service. Nothing was too much trouble, even when I asked for ketchup! I've been vegetarian for 30+ years and for health reasons, I've decided to reintroduce meat and fish back into my diet! This was my first proper bacon butty in years and it was absolutely light, lovely and delicious 😋. Thank you! (The fruit in the picture was from home)!
