On a par with TGI Fridays, but not as busy and bookings are not necessarily required, even on weekends. Parking is free after 6pm with a couple of car parks near by.

The menu has all the standard things you would expect with various burgers, pizzas and ribs. The service is fast and staff are very friendly. Meal prices vary from around £10-£19 with desserts at around £5.
We used a Groupon voucher which allowed use of most the menu with the waitress being very accommodating to our needs.

The food was delicious and the customer service was good. Only downside was that I was served meat when I ordered vegetarian but after being quite skeptical, one of the staff checked and upon realisation, sorted it out very quickly.

Generally good food and our waiter was amazing and liven our night. They have very good vegan options and these were tasty and well presented
Edit December 2017: we've been back a couple more times since and the service has improved. Combined with the regular 50% off or two for one vouchers and it's turned into a decent place to eat. Still would advise not paying full price to eat here and not expecting too much!
Old review: Poor service, had to wait ages for order to be taken. Steak ordered was tough, they also managed to ruin the soda float. Wasn't impressed, the one in Feltham is much better.
We've eaten here a number of times and it is normally quite quick to get seated and order although there is often a delay in getting the bill. We used the Click and Collect option for the first time and were pleased that the food was exactly the same, just as tasty and generous portions. The only down side was that they didn't have one of the starters but as the ordering process does not capture phone contact information they could not call to suggest an alternative. I chose one when I arrived to collect the food and then had to wait. Overall we always have a nice meal, the food is always tasty, the staff are friendly and there is usually a voucher on the app to give some money off.
Went here and a week later frequented the Rugby branch. If I'd have gone to Rugby first, I'd never have come here. Food here was lovely, hot, what we ordered. Not quite what we got in Rugby. Service was fair/good. A pleasant meal.
Very friendly and comfortable place to dine in.I liked the ambiance as well as the food. We had bought a groupon coupon for two course meal for two and we ordered one starter, two mains and a dessert. I must say everything turned out to be really good, even something as simple as the chicken strips. Beef lasagne was authentic and wholesome, pizza as promised and hot cookie dough dessert was addictive.... so overall a very good experience.
We were there on Thursday evening , group of 9 people. Food was fantastic, very good quality on the price we paid. Usually I am very fussy with these kind of restourants, although we had a very nice time. There were a head chef , nice lady who took outstanding care of all diners. New menu was impressive with new recipes and mains. High kitchen standards, nice atmosphere.

This is our go to restaurant In Staines! The food is always delicious and there is never an issue to make changes to my meal given my intolerances. The staff in this restaurant are exceptional and the service is always fantastic. A continued special thanks and commendation to Thomas and Julia who always go the extra mile to make our visit so enjoyable - you make this place what it is! The staff continually go above and beyond - from our first visit the staff, not only remember us but also our menu choices which is simply amazing! I cannot rave about this place enough and highly recommend the staff and the service they give you. This as the top option in Staines, breakfast lunch or dinner!
