Staff offered to brew me a cup of the filter coffee as they didn't have a catch available. This was a nice gesture I haven't received in the past before and hope to see more of it since I many times get turned away if no filter is available.

Brilliant decent sized Starbucks at the end of the Sainsbury in Staines. Always pretty quiet whenever I have visited during the weekdays however I can imagine the weekends being much busier with more shopping at the Sainsbury supermarket. Coffee was made quickly yet brilliantly and they had all of the vegan options stocked up so 5 stars from me here.

Love this Starbucks! Always nip in here on the way to Thorpe Park! Probably one of the best ones I've been to (and that's a lot 😉)

Staff are mostly ok. The girls working were super friendly and happy. The queues can be really long so just that you're aware if you're in a hurry. Mostly very clean and we'll organised store. Good allergen information available.
Toilets are available right next to the store in the supermarket.
