Soooo slow! Have never had to wait so long for a coffee. The place is also quite untidy… it wasn’t that busy but it was taking an age to make a coffee. The girls were helpful when asked for things … maybe a bit of training would help?
Pretty dire in here. Practically empty at lunchtime and I can see why. Doors wide open, very cold inside on one of the coldest days outside. Sitting with my coat and hat still on.
Generally had an okay experience, got my usual coffee, first time getting one in stamford and the milk tasted and smelt off the lovely lady behind the counter remade it for me and was really polite, wish the facilities were cleaner as the toilets weren’t the best
I have never experienced a Starbucks this slow whilst being so not busy. It’s happened on more than one occasion now, I’d suggest going to the Costa or local cafe in the area instead. The newish staff they’ve hired this year are diabolical.
Not brilliant service, I was the only one standing at the counter and two workers are just chatting and not coming over to serve me, so I walked out and went to Costa and I was in and out within few minutes. So won't be going back to Starbucks again
