Nice big restaurant with loads of seating. The food was good. My steak was full of gristle and not really edible, but they were very understanding and replaced it straight away with a freshly cooked steak which was fab. The staff all friendly and helpful, food was delivered to the table pretty quick. They have a lovely play area to keep the little ones busy aswell.
Popped in for a spot of lunch, hadn't booked was sat quickly friendly welcoming staff. Ordered food at bar and food arrived in no time at all. Food delicious and hot. Had to get some cake as they looked fantastic! Was not disappointed!! Highly recommend! Will be returning
It's always great. Just had a Christmas party of 25 of us on the 23rd Dec. Great service, food spot on as always, and staff was 100% brilliant from booking to taking our plates away. Many thanks and Merry Christmas to all the staff/ Chefs.
The Mulberry Tree Farm has never disappointed with their roast dinner selection. The choice of meats, vegetables, and side sauces, etc. is great, and the quality has always been excellent.
There is ample parking and with the added option for delivery, or order and pickup (which are to the same high standard) its well worth a visit.
If I could rate this place 6* I would.... food was excellent for the money, fresh and well prepared. We had the lemon cake for pudding, which was sublime, and even I, a dedicated cake eater, couldn't finish it!! The staff were excellent, the service second to none, very very friendly. A real gem and a feather in Greene King's cap!! I will most definitely be back.
Asked for extra stuffing! Gave us Extra everything including some BEAutiful cakes..
Even wrote a lovely note on the bags..

I have visited this establishment multiple times for breakfast, dinner, and other meals. However, the food tends to be oily in the morning, which is a frequent occurrence. Therefore, I opt not to consume breakfast or carvery, although other meals are acceptable. The establishment is pleasant and clean. It is beneficial for spending time with family and friends, including free parking facilities.
Absolutely stunning food. Kids love coming here, I’ve been a few times now and always had great service and amazing food. Staff are really attentive and friendly.
Food was good. Pudding was hot. Only downfall was having to queue at bar to order food, only 2 people working at bar taking orders over the bar also taking drinks out to people who booked on app. Could do with more staff.
Solid quality pub grub but the cakes and desserts are where they shine, with incredible options and portions for great prices: have to be seen to be believed
Food not the hottest but very tasty, I think we went during quiet time a Tues lunch was amazed at the amount of roast items followed by a massive eclair yum

Absolutely enormous portions BUT what you couldn't find room for there you were given containers to take home with it in. My elderly mother in law even got a pot of cream to take home with hers!!

First time visiting this establishment and words cannot express how helpful the team were. I have a lot of allergies and I explained this to the staff, without any hesitation they worked together and provided me with a freshly prepared carvery meal from scratch and did everything in their power to keep free from cross contamination. The atmosphere was sensational, very friendly, full of smiles. I didn't need a dessert, the staff were sweet enough. Will definitely go back again. Thank you for a wonderful evening! 💛
Been a few times now and can say that the food is great - especially the carvery, best I've had - with great service from friendly staff. Pricing is good and appreciated in these tough times. Atmosphere different depending on how busy and what time / day of the week etc. Booked a table in advance on every visit, just in case as being so popular it gets quite busy. Already looking forward to our next visit 👍👍

There is often only 1 person assigned to taking the order, payment and stopping to provide drinks (a long delay if having to also cover barista duties) as such the queue for the carvery is empty but the queue for the bar / ordering is back to the entrance door.
Once ordered the carvery experience is excellent. Hot food well presented with a choice of 3 meats (beef, turkey, gammon).
The takeaway option works really well and is very good value for money.
Great food, friendly staff and good value for money. Small play area for the kids to keep them entertained whilst you wait for food.
A regular spot that pleases every time.
We came here for a Sunday carvery. Very pleasantly surprised, the food was well priced and quite tasty, there was plenty of stock for all the veg and meat for the carvery. The servers we encountered were very polite and friendly and of course we had a "cakeaway" which was absolutely delicious! All in all I would recommend and would visit again.
