We visited on Friday 13 October around 9.30am..i don't know the employees name who was working but she was so friendly and helpful. We had been travelling many hours and it was nice to have such a friendly face.

The staff, Qaasim ghafoor, was a nice chap. I ask him for a free re-fill as my water bottle was empty and he kindly agreed. He had a jolly demeanour which was quite warming to me. Shout out to him.👍

Nice coffee with oat milk available .
Big seating area . Sockets with usb, nice music playing . Seating area messy and dirty , no staff attendance or care.
Service was quick plenty of till options , wasn’t offered loyalty card or asked for one, server was average , more interested in chewing his coffee stirrer .

Beautiful store inside Stansted airport. The dining room for customers is really beautiful, full of books arranged side by side to form a large semicircle wall. The store is well cared for in every detail, very clean, the girl often came by to collect the cups, with great respect. The staff very kind and helpful. The manager is a very good person, ready to respond to customer needs with a smile and kindness. I was on July 7, 2023, in the morning, and it was a wonderful experience. Whenever I fly from Stansted I will always stop at this Caffè Nero as it is well worth it. It relaxes you a lot.

Nice place to kill the time waiting for your bus. You can see your bay from the window. Coffee good and strong. Very small selection of snacks at 8 p.m.

Usual cafe Nero but very busy. Wish there were more seats as in my view there is space.

I'm giving the five stars for the decoration, all good books and atmosphere. That's a real chance to have a nice place whilst you have to wait at the airport. I always drink my coffee, eat some sandwiches, and charge my phone, and every time. I feel so good to sit long hours without any question around these books and drinking my coffee.
