Pho Lam Son Restaurant

Absolute perfection. First visit, I willed through a disc hernia to eat here. I ordered the Combo Pho and some egg rolls and I swear it healed me. The large was only a few dollars more and was a challenge to finish all the meat. It actually was so good, I had left without my wallet but the waitress ran to catch me. It was much appreciated as her service during the meal was just as full of effort. Second visit, today is what made me write this review. I have been trying this combo (bun nuong cha gio?) All over OC and this was one of the most fresh and flavorful ones I had. I will most certainly come back as others cannot provide the flavor and quantity Pho Lam Son provides at their prices.

The place has recently changed it’s name to Pho Seven. My first time coming in, the place is very clean and modern looking. There is not too many customers there and there was not any distinct odor that you would normally smell in a Pho restaurant so I was a little worried. The owner came up to me and gave me some ideas on what I might enjoy. He was extremely pleasant, spoke English really well and was very knowledgeable about the entire menu. I ordered the crispy noodles with sautéed seafood and vegetables and the sauce was perfect. It didn’t require any additional sauce. I can’t wait to go back and try other dishes there. And their prices were very reasonable.

I walked in just to get spring rolls, 72" tv sat down and we asked for a menu. (the man's pleasant attitude made me feel welcomed and I overpaid him $1 that he honestly returned.) Met Lynn also sweet lady said the drinks were free! P.s. Gentleman then walks over with a plate of beautifuly carved delicious watermelon also on the house, sweeet sweets from beginning to end.

Pete C. The restaurant very clean, nice atmosphere.The service is good. The price is very reasonable . i had the shrimp chow main with the soft noodles , wow the flavor was very tasting. My wife had the Pho noodles,she love the taste of the broth and she was impress. I been to a lot Vietnamese restaurants, I have to say this was one of the best . If you want to impress anyone, take them there .
