Very good service. Greeted by the chef - American dude - so friendly and refreshing to have such a nice greeting. All staff were helpful and didn’t sit around chatting (like you see in a lot of places). Food was so lovely, empty plates all round. Would recommend and return!

Amazing food as always from Firebacks but a bit crowded and busy for an afternoon meal. Starters were delicious but mains slightly underwhelming. On the more expensive side for a meal out at a chain restaurant, but mainly Firejacks ticks all the boxes for a grown up or date meal out. Be warned the full rack of ribs is a huge portion and car parking outside is always very busy!

Absolutely loved the food and service. Amazing burgers and rotisserie chicken was top notch. Good arrived on time. Would love to go back and try steak and other dishes.
