Addendum: This is the first time I've had a bad meal at Nandos so perhaps an off day.
Cold chips so they went back, got a hotter but smaller portion back. Rest of the meal was tepid, burger was suppose to have been medium heat but was sadly plain.

Looks like a boring warehouse from the road which is a shame. Was quite warm in the restaurant and really needs air con.
I did prefer the style of the Nandos in Debenhams.

I have to change my 1 star review because this nandos has redeemed itself. I think there must have been a management change because staff are much more engaged, food is now always fresh and hot and the whole atmosphere of the restaurant is much better. Now mine and my partners go to nandos, probably the best one around.

I went late in the evening. It was a lovely experience. Food was served very quickly. I will have to go back when it's busier to compare but first impressions are very very good 😊

Good service and delicious food. Only drawback was not controlling an unruly table nearby which ruined our family experience somewhat.
