Tranquil Turtle

Both myself and my wife decided to go here for Valentines Day. We were very pleasantly surprised at how nicely decorated inside was. Drinks, mains and desserts arrived quickly when ordered and nicely spaced apart. Our waitress Francesca was very polite and helpful. Nice ambient music in the background too. Would definitely recommend and we will go again.

We went here for our anniversary and we were very impressed. The venue itself is absolutely stunning, it's such a quirky little place which definitely adds to the atmosphere. Our waitress was wonderful. She was knowledgeable, attentive and friendly. Now to the food, the food was simply AWESOME. We had 3 courses even though the portions were plentiful there was just no way we were leaving without trying the desserts too. We had the crab slider and short ribs to start which were so tender you didn't need the knife. We were already planning our second visit before the starters were over. Will be back shortly and bringing friends.

Beautiful venue, very "Instagramable" Loads of seating, separated into different areas - 2 separate indoor sections, a dining room and lounge. There's a beer garden with benches on the grass and another outdoor seating area with a bar, then another covered outdoor area. Lots of outdoor heaters Good amount of parking, only 2 disabled bays though Staff were friendly and helpful Only disappointment was that we had gone for the Afternoon Tea for the Jubilee but it had been cancelled. The menu offered was fine, food was nice and filling, everything fresh and homemade Going back tomorrow for the Family Fun Day and will definitely arrange a girls night out here in the near future Went back again this Monday, had the minute steak baguette, it was delicious! My son had the kids Mozzarella Sticks with Sun-dried ketchup, that was very yummy & Mac N Cheese, which was kindly made without the pesto as requested, thank you 😊 Coming back for ladies night in a few weeks 🍹

First time in this place and I was really impressed. The location is secluded and very cool. The waiter was very friendly and told us this used to be a pub that got a complete renovation. The uniqueness of the renovation is very impressive. There's a tree in the middle of the restaurant, a garden with heaters and a bar to choose from upon reserving. The food was also very good. We chose the lunch break menu with only 2 options and we could not finish it. The best part though there's a real turtle in the fish tank. Can't go more tranquil than this.

My boyfriend and I went here for our two year anniversary and I couldn't have asked for a better night! Our waitress Paige made sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed and the food was filling and was presented very well. We even got a cute small desert saying happy anniversary. Felt so comfortable and the atmosphere and music was amazing. Definitely visiting again, very happy :)

Had a family birthday celebration here. It was our first visit. The service was excruciatingly slow, despite the restaurant being quiet. The server kept leaving to check what the ingredients were in some of the vegan food choices, and managed to muddle themselves up when placing the food on the table. I can say the food was delicious and we had no complaints. I was very impressed that the childrens menu had vegan choices and the vegan cheesy garlic bread was so yummy 😋. Definitely visit again
