Brea - Scottish Restaurant - Stirling - Photo album

This restaurant has won awards for a reason. We have been here two times and both times the food was simply exquisite! Not only the ingredients used are first quality, but they are also put together perfectly! This time my husband ordered a Scottish haddock roll stuffed with smoked salmon, dill sauc
Food is made with absolutely top quality ingredients - you can definitely tell. I liked that they didn't skimp on the kids menu either, but also served a sensible portion size for a child. Dealt very well with my husband's gluten and dairy allergies - the menu very clearly stated whether items were/
We visited the castle and looked for a place open with good reviews. When we arrived they had the 'closed' sign but we noticed some people inside and asked. Fortunately they received us. The food was amazing, they had a swordfish that I really loved, just look at the picture. My husband asked for th
Food was actually perfection. Well done chefs!!! Cullen skink was perfectly seasoned and thick. Salmon and scallops were cooked so well that the insides were still soft. Friendly, very good attitude staff though slightly distracted at times. Overall wonderful experience would come back!
5-star rating is not enough for this place! If you have the chance, visit Brea! Food is amazing, staff is very friendly and atmosphere is not what I consider traditional Scottish but maybe urban? - no matter, it's very nice. Had a blast here. Cheers 🍻 there's also lunch options that are prepared a
Enjoyed a nice small meal here of seared scallops and a bowl of delicious cullen skink soup (sort of a cream-based fish chowder). Parking was surprisingly not difficult although we had to pay the street meter 2 pounds. Service was quick and very pleasant.
Just a gorgeous place in Stirling to eat lunch and dinner. A variety of good beers, delicious and beautifully prepared food for every taste and preference and a great and super-friendly service. If ever visiting Stirling again that is the place to go!
Food is made with absolutely top quality ingredients - you can definitely tell. Well worth a visit especially if you're craving well cooked traditional Scottish food.
Booked in at last minute and they were very accommodating. Food excellent and filling. The Cullen Skink was wonderful. We were stuffed after 2 courses. An excellent homage to all Scottish food. Make sure you book in advance because there is demand to dine here and it’s the best way to ensure you ca
Incredible experience coming here as a solo female traveler. Very friendly staff helped with choices and showed curiosity and kindness. Food was phenomenal!
The food at Brea is of the highest quality and is beautifully presented on the plate. We celebrated a special occasion here and could not fault the excellent service and friendliness of the staff. It was delighting to see that the alcohol options on the drinks menu were locally produced.
Absolutely delicious and the staff was over the top friendly and accommodating. Don’t miss this first class experience for dinner if you are in Stirling!
Really good food. The portions are on the small side. The starters and desserts cost between ÂŁ10-20 and the main courses are between ÂŁ20-30. I would love to come back another time.
Me and the Mrs came here tonight for food and I must say it was amazing. She had the cod and salmon and I had the steak. Both dishes were fantastic and we had some skinny fries and garlic bread for sides. We will definitely be back and if you are in Stirling you need to check this place out, the s
An excellent meal... the ribeye was melt-in-your mouth tender, and the prawns were an excellent accompaniment.
Had the pea and spinach risotto and it was delicious. They also had a large selection of ciders ❤️ and low/non alcoholic options. Clean restrooms, and friendly staff. Paid parking about a block away.
Highly recommend! What a great find! Delicious food, perfectly cooked sea bream with roasted, sweet potato, and celeriac purée , a delicious haggis dish with mustard mush, turnip purée and a whisky sauce and one of th best sticky toffee puddings I have ever had!
