Actually a nice place to eat, a bit chain-y but that is what you expect. Nice layout and decor and plenty of space; good menu with lots of vegan options if you need them. service is pretty prompt too. Nice bathrooms.

I was in with my daughters and wife on Friday, we had 2 groupons and our waitress Aya made sure we were aware of the limitations and took very good care of us even though we arrived at a busy time. The food was lovely, even though the steak on my ultimate mixed grill was undercooked, they were very nice to take the drinks off our bill. Excellent service, good food and great environment for the family. We will be back!

I came here for dinner with my friend today. I ordered the Mushroom Alfredo followed by the Carbonara and it was fantastic. Loved every bite. I was served today by Megan. She was very polite and helpful, made sure we were 100% satisfied with our visit and we were! Will definitely be back.

We are regulars here, and usually our visits are fantastic.
However, tonight our visit was disturbed by a table at the front of the restaurant who started harrasing the staff. They were shouting, demanding and over all very unpleasant. At one point, they even shouted about how "the staff would be out of a job by next week" and were talking loudly about how the manager was a disgrace.
They also shouted about how they wouldn't pay their bill, and that there wasn't enough money taken off when they complained about something they ordered
Genuinely hope the staff will be okay, and will see you again soon!

We had a meal for my daughters birthday. Great food. Our waitress Paula was professional very polite and pleasant. She made us feel welcome. It was very busy on Saturday, and we had to wait a bit. She was clearly under pressure but it was how she dealt with it and nothing was too much trouble to help us enjoy our night.

We came in yesterday and were served by Paula. Paula was very attentive and personable. Our food wasn't long in coming and was very nice. Paula was lovely and made sure we were happy and that our glasses were always full. She made the experience extra special with her bubbly personality and smiling face.

I'd gone off F&B's for a while but today the food was good. The fries were a bit over fried and the coleslaw looked liked it had been left out in the heat but otherwise the garlic bread with cheese, the Cajun chicken wrap and ice cream sundae were really good. The major complaint was it was really hot and there was no air conditioning. We also hot £10 off with the app ! Staff were really nice too.

Went in for my birthday with some friends and was treated to some fantastic service! The server asked if we wanted a drink before we even sat and then asked if there was any allergies
This level of attention to detail is fantastic and I've never seen it before.
Mentioning this, the kitchen had our meals looking as though they were an art piece!

Good afternoon... I had a very pleasant meal with my wife and son... our waitress Paula was fabulous... no hassles... nothing was to much trouble for her...made us feel like we have known her for ages with the conversations we had... it was great.. made us all feel happy.. we will definitely be back... thanks
