Well I usually go to to other stores such as IKEA or order directly online.
Completely new to me. I really was surprised by the size of the store and the great selection for kitting out a home.
And a wee cafe to chill out !

You know that feeling when you are looking for something in particular, I couldn't find what I was looking for anywhere. I tried Dunelm thinking that I probably wouldn't get my artificial flowers there as I was looking for a particular colour, but I got them. The staff were so lovely and the shop was well organised so I found the flowers very quickly. Unlike other shops where you go in and wander round, looking for the 1 thing that you need until you eventually give up. Well, not in Dunelm. Well done, Dunelm you have a new customer.

The shop has a broad selection. There is plenty to find. The kitchen section is well stocked. They had large and the tiny jam jars we were looking for. Parking is easy.

This does have some good stock, but I've found that quite often, it can be found cheaper elsewhere. Staff are very helpful when available and accessible, size of store is decent and parking is usually quite easy except for Saturday where the area gets very busy.

Good store and layout - long queue at checkout due to only having 2 staff on but dealing with returns too .
