Visited tonight, ordered a matcha. I asked for only a little ice. I have been given practically a whole cup of ice and hardly any actual drink that they charge £6-7 for. Absolutely ripped off.

Slow service , need a small mortgage for a coffee and check your order is right before leaving. However they are accepting of errors and rectify pretty quick. Paying for the brand definitely not the taste. Spend your cash somewhere local instead for half the cost.
Worst Starbucks. Staff couldn't be bothered. Barista didn't follow order. Couple of folk who came in after me got their coffees before me. He was just actually asking folk what they had ordered. Won't be back. More expensive than other Starbucks.
