Sofia needs training or retraining. She basically refused to give me a refund after mishearing my order and overcharging me. Their handling of queues should also be looked at.
Got to be the worst tasting Greggs I've had. Cappuccino tasted like warm watery milk and the bacon roll tasted like it was left over from yesterday vile. Definitely won't be back, not the best way to start your morning
Always receive excellent service each morning when I come in for my coffee. Staff always very helpful and cheery!
Warm food,fast service. Although the place is filthy,rubbish left and dirty tables. Floors definitely not being cleaned regularly . Lots of food on the floors.
Arrived before 11 (admittedly only about 5-10 minutes before 11) got to the front of the queue with a couple minutes to spare- the screens still showing breakfast- to be told breakfast service is over and so I settled for a sausage cheese and bean melt that turned out to be stone cold when I bit into it.
Just served by Sophie. She gave the friendliest and most efficient service I’ve experienced in a long time (and I work in the retail service industry!)
