Chips are amazing, but service was slow as we had to wait for fresh chips. However, the girl serving us kept us updated on progress and apologised for the delay. I find with food places nowadays that online orders are making places extremely busy, and they seem to take precedent over people in the place itself. However the food here is amazing and the girls who work there are always top class with service.

Excellent food and service. The Jumbo cod slightly battered, was beautiful for my 93 year old mother who loved the fresh white cod and ate every bit of it, well recommended.

One of the best chip shops in Stockport. Service is quick, staff are very helpful. Has wide array choice of food and drinks. There's also a seating area which can be accessed by disabled customers. Is well lit, spacious and can get busy on Stockport County Home football matches

Absolutely love this place friendly staff food cooked to perfection great value and spotless clean. What more could you want. Amenities also spotless 10 out of 10 👍

Great place. Very good prices and very good quality. We had a family afternoon get together at a local park, which was 3 adults and 5 kids, and we were all fed for about £17. One of the best chippies in Stockport

Frequent visitor before County midweek games. Dine in preferable for me. Cooked to order. News flash, now licensed! Highly recommended.

A great place to eat before the football, you can dine in the restaurant area or take away, the staff provide great service and they are always smiling.

Just had an amazing meal in the friary. It’s been refurbished and looks great. Staff were also lovely. Check the empty plates😂
