Yum yum in my tum. Always quality. Although, sadly they do a "call back". When you are in the middle of masticating you're asked how yer meal is. Pack it in. If we are not "enjoying"...we'll call you back. I was taught not to talk with food in my mouth so please stop.
Has a great experience food was lovely and the waitress Becky was awesome especially with our unruly kids! She was really attentive and went the extra mile dealing with my daughters ever changing requests. She gave a personal service even though she was busy. Definitely will return soon
We went today for some tea with our two children. The food was lovely and the service was brilliant. We had a waiter called Danny who couldn’t do enough for us and was so friendly, he made us feel very welcome! The place was very clean too and a calm atmosphere.
Really good service by Danny. Also really lovely waitresses who served us the delicious milkshakes. After a problem with the steak they handled it really well and gave me a whole new plate with extra fries. They then gave us cokes on the house. Overall very happy with the meal :)
So last weekend i had to book 2 tables one for me and one for my 10 year old on a date night. Of course i was expected to pay but not cramp his style. I just have to say that Nicki the Manager was exceptional as was the food. We haven't been to this particular branch for over a year because the food and service last time was so bad we couldn't eat anything that we wait 40 minutes for. However all that seems to have changed. Under the guidance of Nicki i have to say this branch is now thriving, the staff seem happy the food was amazing and they couldn't have done more to make my sons date magical even if at 10 having a rose on the table made him cringe. Sat with me was my fussy 2 year old and again Nicki was attentive and welcoming. It was nice to see someone who actually gets what good customer service should be and takes pride in her job. We will certainly be going back.
Becky was a great host and set a fine example of what customer service is all about!
Everywhere was spotless and you can tell the team take great pride with keeping it this way.
Food was hot and very tasty. Our son who is 4 (usually doesn't get on with new people) really took to Becky and she let on to him every time she passed. It was really nice to see this amount of customer service.
We will be back!
I’ve just had the most amazing experience that has saved me days of pain & ill health. Our lovely waitress Mia insisted I look at the allergen information sheets as the menu has changed.(I’m coeliac) . Thank goodness she did! My usual order is no longer gluten free! I would have been so poorly. She did everything with a lovely smile & is an absolute asset to the restaurant! Well done Mia!!
We haven't been here for years as the whole experience the last few times was not worthy of a revisit and we only chose this yesterday for convenience.
Service was excellent. Food was superb, we chose from the lunch menu. Starters, one dough balls, there was at least 8 on the plate. They were soft, hot and cooked perfectly. My main was chicken strips, of which there were 2 but bigger than average. Again, cooked to perfection.
For mains we both had avocado and prawn open sandwich. One with fries, of which there were plenty and one with salad, plenty there too.
It's definitely back on our restaurant list to revisit.
Decided to pop in to F&B after a long day on the road. I have to admit our visit was 1 of the best experiences I've had with F&B. The level of customer service was fantastic and all the staff were so helpful and polite. Nothing was too much trouble and they had great knowledge of the menu. The food we ate was lovely, even my 3yr old ate all of his food, which very rarely happens (full marks to the chef).
Will defo return if we are in this area again and would highly recommend to all.

I had a great experience when I visited yesterday with my family. We were seated quickly and our order was taken promptly by Nikki. She was very friendly and was very well informed about the gluten free choices. Our food came quickly and was hot and fresh.
I will defiantly be visiting again next time I am in the area and will recommend this Frankies to my friends and family.
We have always had a good experience here, service is good and now it seems the parking on the complex is free after 5 which it always should have been!
Update: We're still very impressed with this place, really helpful and family friendly. Nothing is too much trouble. Our waitress, Meghan, was exceptional on our most recent visit. We will continue to have our family meals out at this place.
We keep going back, so they must be good! Served by Becky today - as always with Becky, speedy service & lovely manner. Good breakfast & comfy venue. We feel very at home here. Thanks for another great visit!
