Frankie And Benny's

Becky was a great host and set a fine example of what customer service is all about! Everywhere was spotless and you can tell the team take great pride with keeping it this way. Food was hot and very tasty. Our son who is 4 (usually doesn't get on with new people) really took to Becky and she let on to him every time she passed. It was really nice to see this amount of customer service. We will be back!

I’ve just had the most amazing experience that has saved me days of pain & ill health. Our lovely waitress Mia insisted I look at the allergen information sheets as the menu has changed.(I’m coeliac) . Thank goodness she did! My usual order is no longer gluten free! I would have been so poorly. She did everything with a lovely smile & is an absolute asset to the restaurant! Well done Mia!!

Decided to pop in to F&B after a long day on the road. I have to admit our visit was 1 of the best experiences I've had with F&B. The level of customer service was fantastic and all the staff were so helpful and polite. Nothing was too much trouble and they had great knowledge of the menu. The food we ate was lovely, even my 3yr old ate all of his food, which very rarely happens (full marks to the chef). Will defo return if we are in this area again and would highly recommend to all. So last weekend i had to book 2 tables one for me and one for my 10 year old on a date night. Of course i was expected to pay but not cramp his style. I just have to say that Nicki the Manager was exceptional as was the food. We haven't been to this particular branch for over a year because the food and service last time was so bad we couldn't eat anything that we wait 40 minutes for. However all that seems to have changed. Under the guidance of Nicki i have to say this branch is now thriving, the staff seem happy the food was amazing and they couldn't have done more to make my sons date magical even if at 10 having a rose on the table made him cringe. Sat with me was my fussy 2 year old and again Nicki was attentive and welcoming. It was nice to see someone who actually gets what good customer service should be and takes pride in her job. We will certainly be going back.

I had a great experience when I visited yesterday with my family. We were seated quickly and our order was taken promptly by Nikki. She was very friendly and was very well informed about the gluten free choices. Our food came quickly and was hot and fresh. I will defiantly be visiting again next time I am in the area and will recommend this Frankies to my friends and family.
