what a lovely place, full of old world character and lots of memorabilia everywhere. Food was excellent, served hot and very tasty (real chips aswell). Plenty of choices on menu. All this backed up with excellent and friendly hosts. Would defiantly go back x
My husband and I enjoyed a lovely meal tonight. The food was beautiful and well presented. Our waitress was so friendly and helpful. I have Sciatica and in pain she noticed and found me cushions and made sure I was comfortable. A really lovely evening. Would recommend this place to everyone.
Lovely place, our go to place for a bite to eat. Really enjoy the food here, shame some menu items have been changed, resulting in a drop of quality. The parmesan however is very nice, especially with the garlic sauce. Staff are always friendly, however sometimes it feels like things are a bit disor
Went for Sunday lunch here , we hadn't booked a table but they found us one which was great as they were busy. The decor is very interesting and the Sunday lunch was really good at a very reasonable price of £7.50 only tiny issue is could have used more gravy but would definitely recommend.
Been awhile since we been here. The staff and menu has changed for the better. Staff were lovely as a village pub should be, welcoming and warm. The food was great ,for me it was better than the Derry and a better price. Keep up the good work and I,am sure you will do fantastic going forward.
Great food. tho some of our party claimed theirs appeared to have been kept hot. Most of us had either beef or lamb. Some even tackled the three meats! I can definitely recommend the spring roll starter. Tolerant staff who coped whilst very busy . Super atmosphere. Parking good. So popular, I would
Best Sunday dinner I have had In a long time. So after a lovely Sunday dinner 3 wks ago went again last night for a meal me and my partner had a starter each then I had duck and he had stroganoff. We both enjoyed or food and couldn't finish it off. We did plan on going back today for another Sunday
Absolutely fantastic meal and drinks for four, just over £30 in total. The best value for money meal I've ever had. The meals were lovely and the sevice first class. Thank you very much. I'll be back soon.
It must have been about 20 years since I last ate, or even set foot, in the Sutton Arms. I remembered it being one of my favourite dining places then, but 20 years is a long time and places can change for the worse, and I was a little put off by some of the negative reviews, but I have a new partner
Had a meeting in here last week, just had a coffee and was very impressed with the whole place. It's filled with wonderful nic-naks and has an extensive menu. Definitely going back for a meal with the family. Lots of good parking outside. Open all day but I think it closes about 9pm.
Lovely meal
Staff helpful and friendly couldn't do enough to make the evening enjoyable. Food fantastic, great choice and good value for money. Would defiantly go back
Friendly service. We went on a Sunday and had a lamb roast. Very nice indeed. Large menu so you'll find something to your liking. Recommend, would go again.
I have been to many, many eateries in the last couple of years and the Sutton arms is very high on my list of special places to dine. The food choice is very vast and extensive, the staff are very friendly and not over attentive, the decor is very quirky and interesting and the value for money is unb
