Not much seeting downstairs, but plenty upstairs, Nero is my favourite coffee outlet, so obviously, the vanilla latte was great.
Maybe it is a lack of staff, but the tables upstairs are always sticky and seemingly not cleaned in days. Many tables with cups and trays of empty plates left for some time. As I type this my hoodie sleeve is literally sticking to the table. Service downstairs is fine, upstairs is seriously lacking in attention.
I visited this place over the weekend and had some truly delicious coffee. ☕

Very poor for a big company. I've visited this branch for much more than a decade and so the decor is very tired and tatty indeed. Service was very slow. To be fair, the coffee was good. Toilets are disgraceful...way too small, one gents out of order and the other gents without a lock.
Very tired decor and grubby dirt everywhere. Gents toilet upstairs totally rammy . Doesn't look like it's been cleaned in months. Don't blame the staff who are run off their feet and clearly don't have time to clean properly. Needs closing for a couple of days and given a deep clean
Alot of the seating and overall look was very run down but coffee was ok
